Minor but it's something:

In game credits (undetermined amount) will be used to respec in ME3.
Squad Respec is something that may also happen (On the Normandy):

Sheesh, squad respect again? I can see needing to gain VS and Vega's support, but Garrus, Tali, and Liara should already have that fvcker at 100%.

not respect....respec...as in "Retrain Powers" kind of respec. The Squad Respec thing basically means that they're thinking of letting you reapply squad points to your squad members similar to how you can do so to Shepard (which you previously could only do if you finished Lair of the Shadow Broker)

i think they mean respecing powers, like you could do with your squad at the Shadow Broker Base.

ME3 to have 57 POWERS, 60 LEVELS, 178 POINTS. 178 Points of what if you mean points to give on Shepard skills then you a bit wrong (1+2+3+4+5+6) x 8= 168 not 178 and if not then what where you talking about:)

That's what Maveer Heir said. And no, that's the FULL list, it just may change in the future. But all the powers and etc, that were planned to be in-game, are all in-game now.

Phaedon,
Can all Powers be maxed?(Cross fingers)

Oh! I thought that was a typo. "Re-spec".

Hey, does anybody know if our Cabin items will carryover in the Third? If not can somebody ask on twitter?

178/189 possible points to fill in is ridiculous. That allows the player to get 94% of the power screen filled in.

In ME1 and ME2, we could only fill up 70% of the power screen, and I still thought this ratio was on the higher side.

There was a tweet about it.  At least some of the ships will carry over, but the question is where.  I'm not going to bother looking up the exact tweet, sorry.  Cabin customization is pretty low on the ol' priority list.

I was looking at the list, and I think the conversations should be changed to Alpha Protocol style...where you have to make a choice within a set time limit, otherwise it just goes to a default response.

what's ewww about it? That way it doesn't hurt the flow of the conversation and makes things sound at least more natural.

Alpha Protocol != Mass Effect !
There are situations where you have to think more about some stuff (I know, in a war situation you wouldn´t have THAT much time, but this IS still a game =) )

People who want smooth conversations can impose their own timelimit. The only people a timelimit will affect are the ones who want to take their time. Bad idea, IMO.

I respect your opinion but i cant see 100% is ridiculous.
With global cooldown and each point giving 3 choices? Same class can have hundred(so to speak)combinations.
Having all powers maxed is called a "god mode" why? AI (hopefully)are better, normal mode on Me3 is veteran mode on Me2 and some enemies that requires certain tactics.
Shep being a veteran why can be a master on his/her class?

Wouldn't like it myself, having some limitations means that you really do have to focus on building a playstyle. Just a preference thing really, I would enjoy having to choose which powers to focus on if I want to fully upgrade them, and for all-rounder class builds to be less powerful in each power than is possible

Admittedly, this is because in ME2 I might a point of relying on the number of powers I could 'hotkey' on my 360 controller, namely my class power and two other powers

Oh yes, and being able to map the powers to those three keys without the insistence on class power as 'Y' would be great. As an Adept, I would like to have another power be usable without pausing the action, rather than Singularity

I hate it when Commander Shepard more than feeling cold people displaying the game, he is human and should be allowed to show emotion, he should weep in mourning game and that makes a human, if I have an emotion lots Schooter games, I take Call of Duty!

From the new project, do the colors match together well enough for you?
