178/189 possible points to fill in is ridiculous. That allows the player to get 94% of the power screen filled in.
In ME1 and ME2, we could only fill up 70% of the power screen, and I still thought this ratio was on the higher side.
I respect your opinion but i cant see 100% is ridiculous.
With global cooldown and each point giving 3 choices? Same class can have hundred(so to speak)combinations.
Having all powers maxed is called a "god mode" why? AI (hopefully)are better, normal mode on Me3 is veteran mode on Me2 and some enemies that requires certain tactics.
Shep being a veteran why can be a master on his/her class?
Wouldn't like it myself, having some limitations means that you really do have to focus on building a playstyle. Just a preference thing really, I would enjoy having to choose which powers to focus on if I want to fully upgrade them, and for all-rounder class builds to be less powerful in each power than is possible
Admittedly, this is because in ME2 I might a point of relying on the number of powers I could 'hotkey' on my 360 controller, namely my class power and two other powers
Oh yes, and being able to map the powers to those three keys without the insistence on class power as 'Y' would be great. As an Adept, I would like to have another power be usable without pausing the action, rather than Singularity
