You are still welcome to follow Chistina if you want (she is a very interesting person and a lot of fun on Twitter), but she isn't part of the Mass Effect or BioWare teams anymore, so I removed her info.

I loved her in the ME2 class-specific gameplay videos. Hope she's happy!
Haha, exactly what I wanted to post. I love Christina's voice in those videos!

The OP is a scrolling nightmare and theres a lot of stuff in it which doesnt need to be there.
Im sure im not alone in wanting to just come into this thread and see whats new and updated. Instead I have to scroll through a lots of pointless info such as "8th June: One new screenshot added to the gallery, an HD of an earlier one as well" and other tiny updates at the top of the news sections which really isnt news. Not to mention the fact its very image heavy.
Then theres old news which is kind of irrelevant such as "ME3 was fully playable during Christmas 2010 (Possible 'Hardening' development stage? (4/5)" and "Rumour: Mass Effect 3 to support Kinect?" which is no longer a rumour.
Additionally wasnt the last thread locked because of lots of speculation and rumours and theres a large section based entirely on it?! I just want to see the facts when im coming into a "known features" thread.
Im not trying to knock Phaedons hard work. Im sure he knows that already. The effort hes put into this is fantastic and I admire his commitment. Its a tough job to do and get right and for the most part he has excelled. Its just that I feel in his effort to make it easy to read and view its just become something thats a bit of a chore for the reader. As information starts to increase I can just see it getting worse thats all.
Anyway im just trying to help out. I would like to see less rumour and conjecture and stick with known facts. Anything new just place at the top and highlight red for example until something else comes along.
Of course if im alone in thinking this I will just stay quiet and apologise right now

Two bad news here.
Christina Norman leaving is unexpected and I wish her luck...
And the hideous scars from ME2 will be back.... yuck....
*sigh*
I just hope there will be a toggle for this or very quick update for gibbed editor...

Fixing your scars in Med Bay has plot flag in Gibbed Save editor.
Use that.

The first thing I do after my Shepards wake up in Lazarus Project, even before picking up the pistol from the locker, is to remove those scars with gibbed editor.
I was hoping for a ME1 scars return. Those were nice, made sense and you had the option of not having them from start. Unlike ME2 ones

Christina will be missed. She was not only passionate about her work as a game designer, but also truly cared about her fanbase.
Very true, thus making it even more unexpected.

Eh, cybernetic implants. Like what Illusive Man has with his blue eyes.

What?
Can't believe what I'm reading. Would never have guessed that she would leave mid-project.

That's if the person who replaces her will follow what she did or do something else because EA's paycheck is calling to him.Fiery Phoenix wrote...
Going by her tweets, Christina has already done a significant amount of work on ME3, so at least her influence is still there even when someone else picks where she left off. Regardless, she will be missed. I'm still following her on Twitter.

Drew Karpyshyn left mid-project during ME2's development as well, and he was Lead Writer. (Probably why ME2's story turned out to be a bit of a mess, if you ask me.CannotCompute wrote...

With all the Kinect stuff and the multiplayer rumours running rampant I just hope Christina hasn't left for reasons to do with disagreement over adding said features to the game when they really shouldn't be there.

Shame to see her go in the midst of the project though... A lot of familiar faces tied to this awesome trilogy.
