So wait; Bioware is stating that in order to achieve total 100% Perfect Paragon etc you need to play something on Facebook? Only tools are jumping on that bandwagon and I for one refuse to do so!

Bioware; don't drop the ball on ME3 or a lot of people won't give two sh*ts about your games anymore.

There are many ways to achieve maximum galactic readiness and obtain the most optimistic ending.  If you so choose, you can achieve maximum galactic readiness by playing Mass Effect 3 singleplayer and avoiding all other options.  That's your choice.  The developers have repeatedly stated this.

Players that don't want to deal with multiplayer or other peripheral games won't be forced to.  To repeat, you can still achieve the most optimistic ending through singleplayer alone.

Nice Vertigo.
So Soldier can carry all weapons with out penalty, AWESOME.

Well that is until you start carrying more than one special weapon:

"So I could have a Soldier with the Revenant assault rifle, the Claymore shotgun & the Widow sniper rifle if I want?"

"Yes you could use all 3 but . . . that will really cost you in other ways."

*sigh* well.. I hope the cost is not as heavy as the other classes. If a vanguard or infiltrator can equip all 3 weapons for the same penalty as a soldier..but no. I'm sure it'll be less of an impact. It has to be.

I'll bet a bit more performance is required.
It is looking better than ME2.

It's a joke-title reference to the update that stated Normandy upgrades regarding an imported character would have an affect in ME3.

As for system requirements, while ME3 does look better and the levels look both larger and busier, BioWare have also stated they've tweaked the engine and managed to do things more efficiently over time, and managed to overcome framerate issues, loading times and other issues with ME3, so if this is true the claims that it'll likely be very similar to ME2 makes sense. I expect it'll be a little more, or perhaps simply the recommended will be higher, but not much if said comments are accurate.

As much as I enjoy joke titles, they seem to be confusing a lot of people.

I noticed that, too. But if you stay tuned on the news you get the titles.
I do :)

- two maps were played: "slums" and "NOVERIA"

So is that a tiny confirm that Noveria makes a return in ME3 as a mission/location?

You only "lose" if you don't like the Renegade scars, but never got rid of them.

I love my renegade scars, makes Miss Shepard look more menacing, as she should.

I really would just like the recommended specs. I'm about to embark on a new build, (Which pretty much crushes the ME 2 req specs.) and it's always nice to know the specs for games you want to play.

So what's all this about having to get apps on the iPhone or the Android in order to boost your galactic readiness? If it's like ME Galaxy where all you got was an extra tiny bit of dialogue for a tiny little side mission, then I feel perfectly fine ignoring them. Anyone know anymore about this?

It might be better if they do small stuff in the main game. I don't want it to be "you have to spend 100000000000000000000 hours playing a retarded Facebook game or your LI will die screaming in a pond of acid."

"What do you mean that I lose INSTANTLY without the Scar Remover Upgrade?"
Where can I find out what that actually means?

Ah, jeez.

Normally I'd have the decency to change the title, but it is infuriating that so many people can't even read the changelog.

I searched the changelog and the only thing popping up for "scar", was that the renegade scars carry over, so what did I miss? I don't want to get spoiled, so I don't read the stuff in here in detail but your title implies something of a gamebreaking issue for me - I NEVER get the medical upgrade - that's why I even checked. If your title was related to the thing with "Ship upgrades will have an influence", than I have to applaud you for getting me to actually pay attention.

It was. It was a joke title. We tend to have those in this thread.

We don't know if using or not the scar remover upgrade will have any consequences in ME3, but it is reasonable to assume that it will not. So yes, ship upgrades will have consequences in your Shepard's adventures in ME3. Will the scar remover upgrade cause a game over? Probably not.

And I'll change the title, because you have proven that people can be polite in cases like this.

In this case, I´d have to say, people really are a bit dumb

If I were you, I´d just put up a "title-disclaimer" and let it be

You got to be f*cking kidding me.

You had to change the title since some "people" couldn't get that's a joke?

It's just a title. Better change it than make someone feel uncomfortable.
