I'm currently experiencing a strange glitch. I changed the password of my EA account (which I use to log into BSN as well) to include a certain (and officially allowed) special character and it works fine on EA sites. But the BSN keeps telling me that my credentials were wrong on login.*
I just changed it back and now it works again.
It seems to me like the login form is escaping certain characters in the supplied password in a way that messes up the verification. Would be great if you could fix this issue and keep the login procedure between EA and the BSN consistent.
* Certainly no typos or things like that, cause I typed my credentials into a text editor and copied it to the EA login page as well as BSN. The former let me in, the latter did not.
