so im trying to sign in to collect my unlockable content, but everytime i press y to sign into the ea servers it goes to a black screen and my xbox freezes. i cant do anything but turn it off. it wont even let me enter account info... are the servers down or something? whats going on?

sounds like a xbox system issue if it freezes like that cause i'm able to sign in no issues
