if i choose udina as councilor and saved the council can i still get SPECTRE reinstatement

Doesnt matter who you chose, the important bit is to save the council.

If you choose Anderson as councilor but the original council dies, you can still get reinstatement. But I think if the council is dead and Udina is councilor, you can't.

you can get reinstated, I started a playthrough where udina is the councelor and I kill the council, in this case Anderson, as an assistant offered me the the specter status.
