Is anyone still discussing stuff on here? I've been thinking more and more about Samara and I thought I should check out her thread more. I've always found her fascinating and one of the things I really appreciate about her is that she finally shows us something uniquely asari. Every other asari is basically just a blue space chick (in varying roles). Samara on the other hand finally shows a bit of a different culture which is appropriate since she's well... an alien. Definitely want to see more of her.

Samara together with Grunt and Legion is by far my favorite squad members in ME2
Her powers are amazing and she is a strong companion who has given her life to fight evil.
My sheps always enjoy talking to her on the Normandy ^^

I thought all squadmates were returning in some form. Granted that's not saying much. She could just have a Horizon length cameo...

Not to spoil anything, but she does have a large role in one mission.
And it is heartbreaking (You milage may vary).

I saw those spoilers. They were pretty upsetting. Samara can't get a break. Though, it was stated that the "attempted" Samara romance has a save flag, and will carry in to ME3, so maybe that'll be part of a Good End for Samara. I won't be buying ME3, so I'll have to get info from you guys.

Well I don't want to know what happens. Plenty of time to be disappointed in March given how all ME2 squadmates are sidelined and my favorites are among those.

I don't have a legal means of consuming ME3 without Origin. Other EA-related reasons, as well.

Disagree. Being a Justicar is the biggest unique thing about her. I want to see more, not less. Though visiting her kids probably wouldn't hurt.TMA LIVE wrote...

I don't think there's anything more to tell with Samara as a Justicar. You could hear more of her stories, but the same can be done without the job. Being a Justicar forever, and nothing else, doesn't offer much more then fighting bad guys.

The events would have happend regardless of whether or not Samara was a justicar, that is my point.
