No, i want to write out as if samara was a full blown squad mate or a character like jack in ME 3, which wasnt a full squad mate but did still have some dialogue. I am not sure yet which one of the two i am going to write. 

I am open for suggestions:D

Hm, at the end of her mission she says that she will join you (Can't remember her exact words), so you could rewrite that scene to have her join to Normandy then. (Not much would have to be then.

well yeah from there onwards i will write out additional dialogue, and so forth, and some how (dont know yet) i will go into this LI thing.

OR 

I write it like jack, not a full glown squad mate but a person you can talk to more often and progress the relationship through these dialogues as well

i dont know yet, what people would prefer

I agree with whoever said that picture was beautiful because it had Samara smiling.

Best of my knowldge, she's only smiled 2-3 times in the entire 2 games.

i know its not 100% related to samara but does anybody know anything about a re edit of the book Mass Effect: Deception ? because in their thread nobody seems to answer my question. I want to read it but not until its 100% "canon"...since i know here some people they are more enclined to answer my questions

They will be re-releasing "Deception", yeah, because it had so many errors and inconsistencies.

They're apparently still working on it, but they aren't going to fix everything that was wrong with it since they would literally just have to rewrite the whole damn thing.

ok thx...well thats at least something i can work with. because i will by the tradepaper back of the newest comic in december. also the paragon lost is so far only available in amazon.com. since im in germany i cannot buy it from amazon.de. the english amazon only has american import. so the dvd/bluray coding is different then here. hope they do something about it. I dont mind english just its cheaper to buy it here in europe and there is no code problem.

but thx for the answer...lets go back to samara since this is a samara thread ^^

Very interested to see how it turns out Wonder if this person would like to contribute this to the Samara Book. Need to talk to Emerald abotu setting up a email for people to send in art, pics and letters for the book.  She gave me a list of things we need to have for the Book, going threw the list right now

i will through in my thoughts and writings into this book as well..since im already in middle of figuring this script for the samara LI /squad mate/ DLC

ok to show that there is still activity within my project i have some ideas in place on how to make samara a squad mate and possible LI.

I played me 2 as renegade and will now play it again as paragon. Look at differences and dialogue between the samara and other characters and so on.

warlock22 you said you had some ideas...if you want to let me know them please send a privat message.

anyone else has thoughts and or ideas please feel free to contact me.

Dammit, I wish Samara was more in depth in ME3. She was such a powerful character, such a pity. I might have even replaced Liara with her. :-(

thats why im trying to do this. go into more detail about her. i know its not "canon" but maybe it gives bioware a nodge to make a dlc about her / other characters who got left behind like zaeed and katsumi

Agreed. However, her armor is kinda contradicting her character. She looks indeed good for almost-thousand, but It's just... odd for her to have an armor so revealing when her line of work makes romantic pursuits very inadvicable, which means it's left with no purpose. Seems to me that the artist(s) was/were misunderstaning the character.

Still my favorite squadmate though, and I would buy a DLC that she takes part in without even a millisecond of hesitation. Take part in means that she is replacable in a Padok Wiks kind of way, which is having a minor character than can take on the major role her absense would leave vacant.

Recruitment mission. When she's at the station waiting on Shep to deliver his end of the bargain.

I'd be hardpressed to duplicate the shot though. I just took it when she was talking. That expression only lasted for a split second.

Oh and by the way she does smile at times, though it's a very subtle and more after you've talked to her for a while. Off the top of my head, when she gives her opinion on humans, the "two humans six opinions" speech, she smiles when she says "I like your species".
