Apparently if you bought any BioWare games prior to the EA take over, you are SOL. I have NWN, NWN2 and Jade Empire. My account password was not changed, my account was disabled. I had to make a new account. All my recorded CD Keys (including premium modules) are gone. EA doesn't even recognized the email address I used for my BioWare purchases. EA doesn't want to support these old titles anyway and they don't get my dollars now because of that.

They aren't saying, and I haven't seen any links with confirmation. They're legally obligated to tell us however.

Sorry for necro'ing this thread, but I have the same problem; can't log in, don't receive any pasword email, and I've just chatted with support, but have yet to actually receive the email he said he sent me. I figure it's been over a month now, so maybe you all have had your problems fixed?

Damn, I'm even at my 4th Question-thing on the EA support, trying to make them send me my password NOT in a seperate email.

Still want my cd keys back. Any chance of an update on what's going on with this information? The forum issues form is missing, presumed gone. EA's support site won't let you send a question without putting in what game it is, and it doesnt have an option for NWN 1 so you can't ask there. Atari's site also has this problem.

I PMd Aaryn Flynn about two weeks ago directly. No response. I will PM again and add a few other Bioware Names to the list and see if I can get a response. This is affecting a pretty big pool of what can only be described as Previously Very Loyal Supporters.

I'd really like to get my password; I just now responded for the 7th or 8th time to EA support, telling them again and again that I can't receive the password-reset email in my hotmail for some reason, asking them to send me a temporary password in the response instead, and they just keep happily replieing that they've sent me a password-reset email to me. Sigh. Does anyone else have this issue at all, or have someone had theirs resolved somehow?

Really miffed about the disappearance of the CD Keys. I lost my case years ago when I loaned it to a friend and he managed to lose it, and relied on the Bioware site for my keys when I had to reinstall. I hope this gets cleared up soon so I can start playing again.

try to change it on origin , i did that

Good suggestion, but so far it didn't work. Or maybe the email is simply 8 hours delayed which I doubt. Thanks for the help though.

Guess i'll have to wait for EA to reply to me..

I got my problem solved; this is my "real" account, turns out, when EA sends you a temporary password it really means that - temporary, it will only work for a short time. I got them to send me one again, and logged in straight away!

I really want to know what's happened to my CD keys that were associated with my legacy account. I've moved internationally and my CDs are still back with my parents. I wanted to reintall my games using my keys off the website and there's still no word on whether or not we'll ever get access to them again. NWN1 and 2, Jade Empire, KotOR... This is immensely frustrating.

My only concern is that i from a week ago have started receiving spam email on my bioware-only-email-adress. I can just block it, but I'd like to make other aware that the spammers have started to use their hoards of spam servers on the bioware email adresses.

Same here, got 1 or 2 spam email about Winged guardian for WoW and an email titled "Hi" with an advertisement. But I'm not sure if this is because of the BioWare leak.

Great now all my bonus codes have been used on another account and I can get the dragon armor now or shale...un&*()ing real..sigh..or get into my other account everything just disappeared.:(

Since the hack and authentication server fiasco I have managed to get a level 50 champion on Lords of the Rings online's Lotro.com Vala server. They are releasing an expansion "Isengard" on Tuesday. Its really sad Bioware dropped the MMO ball. Lead, Follow, or be Bioware....

what's going on about this some of us go back to find our manuals etc and realise oh crap we've lost them and come here where Bioware said we could 'Store' our Key and 'Never loose' them.. only to find that hey.. no NWN key, No Nwn2 key, no MASS EFFECT 1 key because the legacy site is GONE. it's the ME 1 key that is driving me nuts atm, i can't find my manual anywhere.

Do'nt know if this is the right place, but would just like to ask a moderator for help: I cant close my account, i'v been trying for the last 24 hours and it just says "unable to close account at this time"?
