I wouldn't want for there to be arbitrary nudity in the game that gets obnoxious and gratuituous just for the sake of nudity.
If I can make this clear enough, yes I'd like to see Shepard and Ashley once again consumate their relationship physically... I'd just like to not feel like I was watching immature porn material in the process.

Have to say i thought the Triss scenes in the Witcher 2 were excellently done. They fitted the game well. Not sure the same style suits ME but I'd like to see Bioware make the ME3 relationships fun and a bit more mature. If that means camera angles used that expose less that's fine by me. I enjoyed the playful nature of the Miranda scene but it was too short and finised with a stupid immature cleavage reveal.
I agree, it was very well done. Not porn and over the top. I doubt BW will be that adventurous, but I would be happy with the middle ground here.

I would say The Witcher is a special case, since it's an a game born from novel, i can assume that they wanted to keep the hero being a woman lover, like many heros in books in fact ... But it's not forced onto the player, and it's hardly porn, it doesn't show more than what could be seen in 14 rated movie.
I don't understand why some people want sex scene so badly in their games... are they frustrated so much IRL ?

I disagree strongly with the notion that sex needs to be 'classy' or else it's only fit for pornography.
Some of the sex in A Song of Ice and Fire, The Steel Remains, Best Served Cold, Kurshiel's Dart, and the Hundred Thousand Kingdoms is vulgar but I thought it was all well done. Even romance novels don't demand that sex be soft, gentle lovemaking under candlelight.
A really good point. Though it thinks its quite useless to mention that to these kids here. The majority here hasnt read these books, nor would understand them. A Song of Ice And Fire for example deals with incest, best served cold has some rape in it and is in general very gritty. Kushiels Dart is about a whole different kind of sex (bordering on s&m) etc etc.
I have the feeling that with most people on here you couldnt discuss sexual topics like submissive sexual behaviour, aggressive sex etc on an objective level.
They see sexscenes in the Witcher and all trollolol away: "go to youporn" "sex in witcher was not mature cus there was that humorous scene with the dwarf" etc etc.
They act like sex is something extraordinary that needs not to be talked about and shunned in public. And if something like a videogame doenst make such a big fuss about, and approaches it as something what it is, its a porn game.
You dont honestly expect the audience here to follow your examples. ^^ I wish some more did.

And people who watch romance movies are all frustrated IRL. Clearly.
I doubt people want explicit porn scenes in their games with full frontal nudity and explicit shots of penetration etc.
THAT would be porn, and really abit desperate.
But sex is one of the highlights of a romance. Not showing it would be like not showing the (happy) ending of a romance movie. We all know they end up in bed in the end, but we still want to see it all happen to the last. If it wouldnt be there we would feel cheated.
And exactly that happend in ME2 according to many peoples opinion.

I think BioWare will do the right thing in a manner both respectful and tasteful, and who knows, maybe you'll even like it. But for now, this discussion is closed.
End of line.
