I have a bunch of DLC for DA2, and everything else works for me apart from Amulet of Ashes. Yes, the Amulet shows up in my registered game promotions here on Bioware Social, but simply won't appear in-game. I've reinstalled the game a couple of times as well as tried removing some of the files to no avail.
A couple of weeks ago, i contacted EA chat support on this matter. We went through a bunch of the "obvious" fixes (which I had already tried myself) until the support person gave up and told me that my case was forwarded to a more senior employee, who would be in touch with me "very soon". I haven't heard from the matter since.
While lacking this particular item is not the end of the world to me, I do find it rather annoying, and am afraid that it could be symptomatic of a larger issue that may return to bite me (and possibly others) at a later date.
