I remember reading one of the Dev posts saying that gamescom is the next big Mass Effect 3 showoff, so I imagine we'll get screenshots/footage then, at the latest. I don't know the exact date, but it's in a few months.

Within these 9 months ;D j/k hopefully soon though. So far we've only seen one for each and that was during the E3 show (not sure if that count as official).
I hope they will do character videos again for all npc, like how they did in ME1 or for DAO.

I don't think devs have ever announced screenshot posting dates for.. well, the history of videogames as a whole. I don't think you'll get much useful responses here.
