Anyone know how old she is exactly? I say she is at least in her 50's. I think she is a awesome woman (and damn sexy for her age! No wrinkles that I can see.)

I personally wouldn't want to see this. I feel Dr. Chalkwas and Shepard are too far apart in terms of age, I think the same about a Shepard-Samara romance actually (but since Bioware already teased fans with 1/2 a romance, I'd accept a full romance in ME3, though I don't think that'll happen.). I know some might mention Liara and say "well she's 100 years old, way older than Chalkwas." To that I say okay she's older than Chalkwas in terms of number of years she's been alive but is she the same age mentally? I'd say she isn't, this is because Asari mature SLOWER than other races like humans.

How did I come to that conclusion? Well during one of your conversations with Samara about Morinth she mentions that her Ardat-Yakshi daughter ran off at the age of 40, her tone is clearly one of awe and amazment of her daughter's ability to do that at this age. Now would someone look at the feat of a 40 year old human female running away with the same amazement? No they wouldn't.

Also in ME1 Liara mentions that many Asari raise their daughters on their own "particiularily if the father species is short lived". Now if Asari matured at the same rate as a human that wouldn't be a problem, hell even a Salarian could raise Asari children at that rate. If however it took about 100 years to reach adult maturity (which is almost certainly the case as Liara considers herself barely an adult at 106 years old) then you can understand that statment.

Also as I play as a Male Shepard most of the time, I find purely platonic relationships like Chalkwas and Kasumi to be refreshing.

Chakwas age isn't given but her lines are spoken by Carolyn Seymour who is 64 given that humans get to around 150 in the mass effect universe it's save to say that Chakwas is at least older then 64 and if they age at the same rate only slower she's probably roughly a 100 (Liara's age)

Well the voice actress is 64 so I won't go lower then that

This would make me gues she's 1.5 times older then the voice acter or 96

However if the 150 is average and todays people get 80 or average, then she should be around 120


So I say between 96-120
