So she's not even half way through her life yet then. It's only a 20 year difference, I've seen wider gaps then that. Also if people live to 150 then I'll bet people dating or "romancing" with a gap that big is alot more common place. Anyway being a grandmother doesn't make you ancient about to die anyway. if you look at it that way too Shep is also old enough to be a grandfather/mother.

Also think about it, if she is that old then if the youth of the books would actually translate in game then she'd look about Sheps age.

People will argue that Liara is only a kid to her people so it wouldn't count. That's why I bring up Samara whose closing on the end of her days. Again though that's assuming Chakwas is dramatically older then she really is.

What do you mean older Shepard?  Shepard is 29 during the events of ME and 31 during ME2 or a few weeks old depending on how you want to look at it. 

What he means is in the character creation screen you can create a Shepard that looks pretty old and scarred via complexion, even with close to white hair(it's more blonde).

I think people who support this need to add their support into their sigs that way more people here about this idea. I had now idea this thread even existed and never understood what your sig bar ment. Maybe someone should make a "I support Dr.Chakwas as LI in ME3" or something.

Come to think of it I'll add a link to this thread in my sig to spread the word.

Do as I did in my sig. If you replace Krogan banner with something smaller (19 pixels height max) you will have enough space to add text link. Or you can add text link to the right of Chakwas banner. Open Chakwas for LI support group and link it from both your Chakwas banner and text link, should encourage people to support

EDIT: you could make it even more clear copy this: Support Dr. Chakwas for ME3 LI  to your sig, it will have both the link to thread and make it clear what it's all about ;P

Just sneaking in to offer my support. Chakwas is an incredibly charming woman and would be a wonderful LI. It would also be a nice way to see how they would implement a LI that isn't part of your crew.

I do think a BioWare game could use a nice older woman as a romance. Carth was pretty middle-aged, I think, but he was a guy, and for whatever reason people are way more accepting of that. Men become silver foxes, but women become cougars. Really, society?

I would totally romance Dr. Chakwas. She's been one of my favorite ME characters since I met her.
