I haven't been on ME2 for a while, but I do remember that I got the option to do the arrival DLC and LotSB DLC as soon as I got control of the Normandy after Freedom's Progress awhile back.

Now when I come back to play it again, I don't have the option anymore. I did have to download an update earlier today but I was wondering if those options have been moved to later in the game. I'm worrying that I've downlaoded corrupted DLC's XDD

They are available after Horizon and Illium I believe, and not Freedom's Progress.
