 I love mass effect above any game I have ever played for any system,
so for that I also believe that if bioware ends this game by a fight against
1 reaper and when it dies it kills all the others, I hate 1 on 1 bosses that
kill all the other enemys when its defeted, this would make me hate this game if it turns out
to be like this and also be nothing but cutscene's. "That Would Suck"
We have waited this long to finally see the big picture of fighting the reapers.
So I hope to god that bioware ends the game with something awesome, something
that really says hell yea we beat them, something that says we couldnt have done it without
you shepard!

Thoughts On This?

Despite that post being nigh-on unreadable, I agree. That, to me, is one of the most exciting things about ME3 - I simply cannot even begin to imagine how the final battle will look.

1st thought - Periods. you need them.
2nd thought - I agree with the spirit of your post wholeheartedly, despite the letter, so to speak, being a little hard to get through. What would be really cool , IMO, would be to cut repeatedly between several space battles/ground battles on different planets, with different fleets taking down their own singular Reaper. Shep&co fight their way to the switch to the Reapers shields (if such a thing exists), then cut to Destiny Ascension and asari fleets taking down one Reaper, then at 75% health cut to turian fleet, then to quarian and so on, each transition taking place at 25% health removed from the Reaper each fleet is fighting. That way, we can actually play through turning the tide against the Reaper horde, which I think would be much more satisfying than just some final boss.

I suppose that would be similar to the way ME1 ends (and ME2 for that matter, although it's just the rest of your squad in that case) and it would show that it's the whole galaxy fighting for survival.  There's probably only going to be one "boss" for Shepard to fight but showing a larger context wouldn't hurt.

I still think Shepard should win at the end using a pistol though.

A small backup pistol, using one shot. That annihilates the main reaper causing all other to explode simultaneously.

Actually, Shepard will do it publicly with a same sex LI and the Reapers will see it and cringe so hard their shields will go down and they will get picked off easy by the fleet.

What exactly Shepard will do in fleet-to-fleet fight? If he'll disable shields... how exactly Shepard will disable shields of all Reapers and won't it be the same "kill one boss and other will die automatically"?

He will deliver a virus.. that's independance day.. cheesy

The Normandy will singlehandedly slaughter the Reapers.. still kinda cheesy

Shepard will get he Reapers to turn on one another, and finish off what is left.. I've no idea how to do that

Shepard will unite to galaxy to fight the Reapers.. prolly whats gonna happen

Shepard will host a free love party and die enjoying life.

Hey, if Luke Skywalker can bring down an Imperial Walker all by his lonesome, I'm sure Commander Shepard and his lone pistol will have not problem getting the job done.

Marksman was so OP in ME1 I really wouldn't be surprised if he killed all the reapers with a pistol.

We will find out that Shepard singing mesmerizes the Reapers, allowing the organic fleet to easily destroy them. Except that some Reapers have shrunk themselves down to seek out Shepard because they've fallen madly in love with him.

It's probably going to be like the final fight with Saren mixed with the Collector Base mission. You're going to be fighting on foot and making decisions on which of your forces are going to be doing what.

I don't mind having the Normandy and his crew fighting one reaper in the end... while the rest of the Galaxy's fleet is fighting the rest.

i played fable 2, and i killed the final boss with the most inexpensive crossbow i could find, in which i NEVER used even once throughout the whole game.

fable is a game for small children tho but it doesnt change the fact that the end boss was downed by the worst possible weapon in the game, with one shot.

although, i could see bioware doing something stupid like that, as long as MGS4 or dead space did it before, considering all the copying of other games there feeding off of lately.

They better not do this....I want a more epic ending then that. Not really that original but who am I kidding I'd still love ME3 even if they did.

The final boss will probably be Harbinger in the flesh.....or metal skin I guess. It will probably involve a rail shooter or Atlas Mech. Every so often you pan to see how your fleets are doing. Then when you get really close to killing Harbinger, something happens, you are off the rail/mech, then something all Star Wars ish happens. Then we win

We then find celebration is hard because more than half of Earth's population is dead. Then we realize we saved more lives that day than have ever been saved before.

Even if this is sort of the outline of the final battle, it will still be so damn epic.

Twist: The Hanar fleets show up to save us because they are a bunch of big dumb talking Jellyfish.
