Hmm I think that paragons should leave more people alive (they have the geth, quarians, rachni, krogan, etc all fighting alongside eachother, so should take less casualties overall) but also leave a less 'stable' galaxy (krogan expansions during the two decades after the reaper defeats causing tensions and several conflicts, and perhaps extremist sects of salarians/turians attacking the rachni causes them to retreat from council space with people worried about them returning to wage war, etc)
Renegades will probably take higher casualties (no rachni, only quarians or geth alive, no krogan allies, though the Collector base could be a boon) but leave a more 'stable' galaxy (that is safer, but under a 'strong' government/borderline dictatorship, but not necessarily a human dominated one) perhaps in the years after the council begins to aggresively expand council space, bringing the batarians and the terminus systems to heel etc
