Not a problem with the game, its a problem with your system. Take it to a computer shop and have them look at it.

I fixed it, but i think it was caused from that bug that makes you stuck in planet scan which is still happening. When will they fix it?

The planet scan bug is not a bug, but user error. Hitting escape to get out of planet scanning while still holding down the right mouse button in scan mode causes you to get stuck.
Release the right mouse button, then hit escape.
