So I have maybe 4 slots left on the bar and yet I am only lvl 16 with this mage character. I did extend the bar all the way on the bottom of the screen. Is there any other way to add another bar maybe?

hmm i had enough space on quickbar.
what other stuff ya got on quickbar that it is almost full ? .
i had health/lyrium pot / injury kit / herbing / spells / specialsation spells
on ur quetstion.. i dont think i saw any way to expand the bar. anyfurther or add side bars
