I think it's a little too late for that by the time ME3 rolls around.

I would assume that after the Reaper invasion (if your Shepard *does* save the galaxy), everything would be in shambles and disarray, and people would focus on rebuilding.

Not deporting Krogan and Vorcha to their homeplanets.

Or maybe the rest of the galaxy needs to evolve to accept the reality that the krogan are there to stay and must accomadate them.

Vorcha aren't organised enough to cause any real problems. I guess the Krogan could use them as tools though.

Well, they make good soldiers and could possibly be used to do dangerous stuff. There's plenty of use for that.

Considering that the Krogan will more than likely play a big part in saving everybody's ass it would be hypocritical to confine them to their homeworld.  If anything restrictions on what kinds of world's they are allowed to colonise would work better.  One of the mistakes that was made before the Krogan Rebellions was they were allowed to colonse world's where it was too easy for them to adapt to and they faced an overpopulation crisis that eventualy lead them to going to war with the council races.  A better solution would be to limit the krogan to colonising world's with harsher environments that they have to conquer the environment, that way the krogan can keep their dignity while keeping them in check at the same time.

Another thing to consider post reaper war is if the yahg ever get out of their system we will need all the help we can get to fight them off. Though a krogan looks like a puppy compared to a yahg it would still be handy to have the krogan on our side.

Vorcha are just like a slinky. They serve no purpose except to bring a smile to your face when yuo push them down the stairs.
