so far the quests that aren't working are:
-the one at the start in vigil's keep where you deliver the medical supplies to the wounded soldiers. i'll loot them, but the box doesn't lose the quest  arrow icon and i can't turn them in. they are still in my key items even though i moved on and the quest is completed as failed.
-till death do us part. i'll loot the first note in the inn but the quest doesn't update and the note on the catwalk doesn't appear.
-the quest where you give the orphans the moonshine and also the one with the chantry book. both items are in my key items, but when i turn them in it says that i don't have the required items.
-the quest where you give the seeds to the botanist mage. they are in my inventory but it doesn't give me the option to give them to her.
-the silk and wood quests rom wending woods both have the same issue.

i've completed the game before with no problems so it's not like i'm doing something wrong. i've tried googling this and haven't seen much else about it except for the medical supply one. i'm assuming that i'd have to start a new game if i want to do the quests, but i'd rather not do everything all over again only to find that the problem persists. has anyone had similar issues or know of a way to fix them?
