As far as I've been able to tell, both the Hanar and Elcor have fleets, though I'm sure about the strength of either, The Hanar had enough ships to save millions of Drell but how many are warships, can Hanar fight in front line combat? Zaeed got attacked by one but that was melee, do they only use Drell as soldiers? Thane mentions that they are quite formidable underwater but how important is that against giant ships... I belive the codex mentions that the Elcor can mount cannons on their backs which is useful but still, what is the Elcor Navy like? The Volus are the bankers of Citadel Space so they will serve their roles. Their is nothing quite like money to make a war run smoothly...

Does the Batarian Hegemony have a powerful fleet? How can we possible patch relations between Humans and Batarians since Shepard had to kill 300,000 of them... Can Vorcha help in any way? They seem like cannon fodder but we might need that. Please discuss I'm anxious to see what BW does with the smaller species of the Milky Way.

Well, the reapers had to pass through Batarian space to get to earth, so I think we can assume they won't be of much use. The Vorcha are degenerates and most likely won't be doing anything. As for the other races, they may or may not have fleets involved in the conflict but either way, they probably won't be major players in the battle against the reapers.

They don't only have to fight each race could have thier own ability.

Elcor live on a extremely high gravity world, so lead the reapers there, and maybe they wont be able to get off the ground, or move for thst matter, like shooting fish in a barrel.

Volus are traders, so they must have a stockpile of equipment they could donate to the fleet.

Hanar have Blasto, nuff said.

Drell are good in water? There is always a need for ships off the coast. Conidering the Alliance has been eliminated.

I can see approaching the Volus for economic support, like if they have an experimental ship upgrade, or something like that, but nothing really beyond that.

I hope we will get ALL the council races. I don't want just Asari, Turians, Salarians and Krogans. I asume the Vorcha will come with the Turians as their a client race. The Hanar and Drell will also likely come together. Im not sure what will happen with the Elcor, but I want my giant gorilla armored tanks apart of my fleet. No idea how we will get the Vorcha but I want them. However I have a feeling their going to be overlooked as they are a primitive race that just have automatic weapons because of Krogan merc groups. Besides, why would the Vorcha help us? The Batarian planets were invaded by the Reapers, like Earth as far as I know so i think their out.

I'd rather see all of Earth burned and glassed than have a vorcha ever step foot on it.

Wars are expensive, so the volus will definitely be useful.

^^^ My apologizes I meant that Thane mentions Hanar are very mobile in water,

hmmm The high gravity trick might work but it seems Reapers are very resistant to gravity and have high enough mass effect generators to keep "dead" ships in orbit of a brown dwarf for 300 million years.

Since the Volus are a client species to Turians they might just already be making weapons for them

disregarding the fact that Blasto is a movie character, he probably could take down a Reaper just by looking at it. He is that badass, same goes for the BIOTIC GOD!

I really want to find out more about these cultures to see what they can bring to the fight.

No.
If the Hanar, Elcor and Volus wanna be of any good, they better take the helm of galactic industry to provide the guys capable of pewpew with resources ( ships, guns, tech).

If they have any sort of ship capable of firing a bullet and going kamikaze, good, I'll have them, but otherwise let them be the support for the war effort. That's their best use. We need people to build ships, develop technology upgrades and provide teh $$$ and the general resources...

Hanar might organize their Drell in Black Ops cells ( as we all know, Drell are usually trained to be assassins), they'd be extremely useful for sabotage and recoinassance missions.

I doubt the Vorcha will be of any help ( unless gathered around by the Krogan), because they are idiots and so they are easily indoctrinable. Also, I doubt they have any sort of fleet that would help... They could be useful as cannon fodder against the husks, that if they are willing to join the cause and not get indoctrinated as soon as a Reaper lands.

Hanar: This one will fight against the foes of the Enkindlers.
Drell: We're with them.
Vorcha: We no fall for Gavorn's tricks!
Volus:....can we just cut a check and call it good?

" The volus are not physically cut out for combat, be it a full-scale war or even a bar room scuffle. As such, they are highly dependent on the turians for defense, although the volus themselves do provide some auxiliary troops to the Hierarchy. The volus will support the turians in any war they might pursue, and the turians will do the same for the volus.

Possibly for this reason, volus weaponry tends to be utilitarian rather than high-grade. Some volus manufacturers specialize in cheaper, lower-grade copies of expensive turian equipment." - Mass Effect Wiki

The thought of a combined fleet of Volus, Elcor and Hanar heading up against the Reapers excites and amuses me greatly.

the elcor rely on sophisticated VI combat systems. The hanar have the drell mostly as there military, the batarians are mostly destroyed but i imagine there are many of them in the terminus systems . Volus are with turians , and the vorcha are mostly mercenaries but are very aggressive against aliens.

EDIT:

Tho the batarians hate humans and the vorcha hate aliens that dosent meant they wont fight the reapers or help stop them.

The Volus' government is a protectorate of the Turian Hierarchy, and a path for Turian citizenship for the Volus is through military service in Volus auxiliary units of the Turian military. So, you'd gain Volus support by gaining Turian support.

Playing Paragon makes more sense? I do hope your "lets let this race of giant bugs go, surely they won't go back on their word" strategy works out for you.

Volus are like the surly Hobbits of the ME universe. I bet we'll need a volus to carry The One Omnitool to some volcano planet where the head Reaper is living. Luckily tossing it in the volcano is alot easier from orbit and with mass drivers.
