You won't be banned. It;s not illegal as long as, you know, you didn't steal the game at gunpoint from a store. Then it's illegal. So barring a "five finger discount" it's cool.

Armed Robbery is not five fingered discount. Take it from a proud, retired "merchandise liberator" Five Fingered discounts imply that you have the dexterity of body and mind to take something that someone who is not paying their staff a living wage doesn't want you to have. Don't try to tell me the developers don't get money for stolen crap. I don't care. Don't support Wal-Mart they're a bunch of pricks.

So if you stole it, go ahead and play. Nobody can prove whether you stole or bought it anyhow.

Hey if someone broke street-date you need to tell bioware. you probably wont get banned but the people who broke street date will get fined (per their contract). bioware rightfully deserves extra money for your broken street-date purchase!

If he reports them were would he get Mass Effect 2 early?

No, when you stealth, your party members are behind you.

The armed robbery and five-fingered discount remarks were seperate. Re-reading it, I get how you could think I thought they were the same thing. You go to jail for waaaaaaaay longer for armed robbery.

Anyway I was simply saying that as long as he obtained it legally he did not have to worry. The blame falls on those who sold him the game, not on the consumer.

You lose points for the hat! Unless they provide super duper abilities I'm not going to equip my character with one. They look silly.

Hey Sadromeo1, what are the weapon/armor requirements like? Do you tend to spend your attributes on the basis of the equipment requirements or are you spending them to get better talents/skills?

Just wondering how linear the attributes will have to be spent...would love to have a little cushion for mistakes.

I am spending my attribute to be a better rogue archer. I think that dexterity and cunning are key but I add strength to hopefully add to damage and carrying abilities.

I have not thought about equipment requirements in my decisions so far. There has not really been any item worth doing it for as far. That could change though...

Hey sadromeo1 thanks for posting those pics of the CE guide. Your pics convinced me to pick that up as well. That book looks great.

@Chaoswitcher I'm in the UK and bought it from Amazon, I don't think £12 is bad for 400 pages (I think ) and hardcover.
