I cannot purchase Warden's Keep yet. I am waiting for it but I have a feeling I will not be able to until Nov 3rd.  Nothing else has been available. I only had codes for those 3 items in the screenshot.  Also, I saw a quest about a pass that was in my download content section in the codex...

I live in so cal

I am playing and posting as I go sans spoilers...

Could you please post a picture of how far you can zoom out while in combat.

I don't see how they would have the right to when EA has already shipped a lot of the copies. People who used next day delivery will have theirs before release date. And obviously people have already received copies. So they are not obtaining these games illegally before release. Especially if EA is the one who shipped them.

Next day? I thought you only got it early if you used Day Of delivery. Did I get screwed over?

How much space does it take up if you install the game on the Xbox 360 harddrive? Did it come with 2 discs?

You can do what you want. But I read instances where people were getting banned for playing Halo:ODST before the release date. They purchased the game from a store, but it didnt matter. There were other things they could try and do to the retailer. But the player was banned.

Before I give you my answer I would love to say this... YOU SUCK! Now! Don't play the game on XBL. Microsoft may think you are using a pirated version. In other words, play it safe. Use it on an account that doesn't have LIVE on it.

As I remember it (from Kotaku's reporting of it) Microsoft banned people until the year 999 (i.e. forever) for playing a game that was obtained illegally i.e. pirated, not people who play an early copy of the game, they'd have gotten legally e.g. bought it.

As for the CE Edition, I miss the old days when the CE Edition came with the Game Guide enclosed.

Yep, lucky guy. Enjoy it though.

Let us know what you think. It'd be great to hear what a regular player thinks of it and not some guy who is just doing his job.

I wonder what they would tell you if you went to the managers of the store now and told them

"uhm you guys know right that you broke street date and I could report you now?"

because no one wants to lose their job like that and have that kind of ugly mark on their references

that and also they can be fined individually I believe

Indeed, they do allow fining/filing charges against individuals now. All of the packaging materials for street dated items have warnings on them about not stocking or opening the product before the street date. If you violate this you are punishable by law now.

Not to mention most companies will fire you (usually as soon as it's reported, do not pass GO, do not collect $200) and the individual store can be levied fines up to $10,000 per item sold.

yeah then definitely I would TOTALLY want to go mess with them and tell them that unknowingly playing the game early got me namertag permanently banned and so, in return, I'd report them....just to see the look on the manager's face

Relhart, be careful, he might mistake what you mean by "company"

fine to play it as long as you don't mind being banned

playing release copies from a store, is not going to get you banned, even if you play early.
