the problem is that i killed all of the monsters on the map and only recived 2 fiery hearts for the quest for heavens approach, to light the braizers. can anyone help me out ???

If that doesn't work out and one of the hearts refused to drop, use la console:

Like kevL said, keep looking. One group of elementals is actually pseudo-hidden (if you click on a brazier without a heart, the game even hints that you should look harder).

You can actually see the game pathing routine's finest hour, here. Go to the top of the mountain, look around, click on one of the elementals, and watch your character dash off to the attack.

I've the exact same problem. There are no NPCs left, I cant find another fiery heart. And.. the GiveItem doesnt work?

People give up too easily. There is no known bug related to the hearts missing. You just aren't looking hard enough.
