Hi as I was entering my codes for blood dragon armour and to psn dropped  during the code input process for shale now mypsn  is working again ive reentered shale code but it says code already used.

I then went into psn store (UK) click on stone prisoner  it said £11.99 and thought maybe it will change to free since ive already redeemed the code. i clicked on confirm transaction, not buy now and it started downloading shale however i must of been charged £11.99 for it, because I tried the same for wardens keep and it just started downloading that without asking for my card details. (although they must be there somewhere)

so ive been charged £11.99 for this dlc and its not my fault I even have the code to prove it, to the moderators who can i email\\contact to get that £11.99 back.

I have the sort of similiar problem i entered the "unleash the fury of the shale" & memory band unlock code from amazon into the downloadable content redeem codes box 1 after the other the downloaded content didnt update and i didnt get the memory band but when i went to enter it again thinking it might just be a glitch i recieved a message stating this code isnt valid or some rubbish like that for both of em

yeah same here i didnt get memory band either got the boots though, since psn stopped working (not my fault) I should get my 11.99 back for shale since I have the card with the unleash shale code and can provide any details to the mods or to whoever can sort this mess out.

the boots code worked 100% and so did the blood dragon armor from the code given with the standard edition but with the shale dlc and memory band not working wtf

But it seems alot of us are having issues with the Shale content.

From there you can get the blood dragon armour,rings etc but not the collectors ed items or payable content.

I have sent a message to customer services regarding shale so hopefully will get refunded the 11.99

to be honest 'ghost' I would worry to much about the memory band unless you desperately want it. I had the 360 version of this game originally until the disc died on me after 2 days so I returned it to amazon and got the ps3 (superior console version) I had the memory band on the 360 i think it only adds +1 to willpower or something but you will get superior items v early on anyways,

Raasc im still waiting on an email from yesturday.... another 5 hrs and itll be 24 hrs since i sent it after waiting an hour for a representative on livechat lol

and shadows trick wont work now... they pulled the content.. it wont show

to be honest it is your fault....because you can't just ASSUME something will go the way you want simply because you want it to happen...if it was free it would have said free...but alas the DLC code told you it was not working anymore...that was a sign to not touch the download button unless you want to buy it...but you decided "hey if it was going to charge me then it should stop me because CLEARLY i have used the code and the developers know this"



so yeah no offense but to be honest you shouldn't be asking for a refund when it was your fault that you purchased it....just saying
