"Next you're gonna tell me he's a clint and that he craps Dark matter, cuz that's all it'd take to replace me." - Wrex after Gunt loyalty misson

so, I was wondering, considering that Grunt has the genes of all of the greatest krogan warlords, would it be possible that we'll be seeing him using biotics in the future, or he remain the a berserker like he was in ME2?

I'd prefer him to remain a non-biotic Krogan, if only to keep him different from Wrex.

It may be possible for him to develop biotics, though.

Nah, Grunt was supposed to be genetically 'pure'. Also, krogan biotics were supposed to be rare due to the fact that the biotic implant surgery had a high mortality rate, for which I suppose their physiology is to blame. Post-Rebellion newborn krogan were few and precious, so the practice of implanting them was discontinued. Grunt would be too valuable to the entirety of the race to risk for a little 'upgrade' like that.

Then again, Okeer was a madman with Collector/Reaper tech at hand...
