Squadmate and LI in Mass Effect 3? Okay perhaps not, but I would still like to see him make a return in ME3, perhaps leading an armada of mercenaries against the reapers.

Agreed. People who have the stomach to negotiate the agreement successfully should be rewarded somehow in ME3. Perhaps Lord Darius serves the Alliance once more and leads a small armada of mercenaries against the reapers?

Still it would be nice to see what happened to him...

Darius is actually the perfect example of an Internet Tough Guy.

Yea,  I'm a bad person I did the same...   its one of the reasons I'm glad we just get EXP blocks now.

As for whether to kill him or not: In my opinion a Shepard who refrains from slaying Darius and his clan have more willpower than those who give in to the darkside and cause a bloodbath.
