Does anyone know of a way to add a plot item to a save game?  I guess really just trigger the flag in a saved game.  My current problem is that I killed the Spider in the old ruins and it did not drop the Silk Gland.  Unfortunately, I did not notice this until I left the ruins.  I do not have a recent saved game to go back to.
