Is this a possibility? I don't think I've ever seen a BioWare game where the NPC's cheat on you. How do you guys feel?


Also, no Origin exclusivity or multiplayer please.

Given the obsession with the LIs on these forums, I wouldn't be surprised if they throw them out the airlock.

Uh no...It's enough when that happens to someone IRL, am I supposed to have my character feel absolutely miserable as well? ^^ Well unless he's uncaring and only used someone for sex.

I dont think people would mind it if Liara did, its not as if she can catch any embaressing social diseases to pass on to Shep.

Well there is some cases for it in other Bioware games. If for example while playing Jade Empire as a male you refuse to choose between Dawnstar and Fox they both end up leaving you and instead turning lesbian for one another.

So it could be that if you try to romance Liara and Tali for example they both give up on you and end up going lesbian for each other.

I support this idea; especially if I get to watch the cutscene.  

In DA2, Isabela effectively cheats on the character with Zev, depending on the dialog choices you make; though you're character doesn't have the option of getting upset over it later.  (at least, not in dialog, in my favorite playthrough I had my female character sleep with Anders just to get back at Izy ... then she promptly dumped him and sent him running off crying)

Then the romantic interest comes back to bite the both of you in 3... might be fun.

Eh I think something like this would just serve to add melodrama for melodrama sake. There's some pretty big stuff going down in ME3. I'd rather it not become a soap opera.

It should be reactive to Shep cheating. If the players cheat on their LIs, so the LIs should cheat on them

I'm with ya Badpie, but if its something thats touched on briefly then I might not mind it so much. For instance if an LI had a relationship but it didn't last, does anything more really need to be said on the matter.
