Acturus Station, Virmire (my Shep will build his villa there after ME3) and I would like to be on Omega again to drink and go pirate.

Watching Earth burn while standing on the moon,

The ruins of past civilizations as was said in certain planet descriptions (like the arthenni). Maybe even run into a few living remnants.

Revisit old worlds from ME1 like Noveria and Feros.

All of the planets that I wanted to visit have been confirmed already, which is why I believe ME3 is going to either be perfect or near-perfect.

Earth, Mars, and Palaven, among others.  Also the Citadel - hopefully more like ME1 than ME2's version.

However, I was disappointed when I read information about Mars on the galaxy map.  In real life, it looks like our most promising prospect for real colonization efforts.  In Mass Effect, it's quickly abandoned (for the most part) after the discovery of Prothean ruins.  You know what they abandoned this safe planet (at least before the Reaper invasion) for?  Planets in the dangerous and unpoliced Terminus systems.  Humanity sure is stupid in the future.

The people who colonize in the terminus are not even true civilians. They are military or political officals OR line-of-work employees of some interstellar corporation that decide to seperate themselves from the alliance and bring their families along with them. If it was the average joe like you or me, than yea, we'd be insane to even think about it.
Example... the workers of some mining corp know the risks but they still do it for pay (which could be a pretty decent salary).

Something completely devoid of life with a spectacular view.

Plenty of scenery porn in ME3 will make me a happy Commander ^_^

Shin Akiba!

No really, I wouldn't mind visiting Virmire again. That place was stunning. Ilos was nice too, in a different way. But I'm pretty pleased with all the places they've confirmed so far. :)

The homeworlds of the salarians, hanar, rachni, quarians, drell and the (IIRC unnamed) extinct spacefaring race of primates would be treats to see, though undoubtedly some will be on a lower scale of importance to show. Somewhere with household name status for the Council races would be cool, too, like Arcturus station for humans, some major Dalatrass palace for the salarians, a central military installation for the turians, and some kind of wonder of asari culture- we've been hearing about their strength in art, philosophy and biotics for years, let's have a showcase!

No,a planet at the furthest reaches of the universe, maybe humans would make a first contact with the aliens there.
