there is a way to get extras skills points or just that you get when level up?how I can get they? (if they exist)
and the specialization points?I can have only two especializations (one in level 7 and another in 14) or there is a way to get a third specialization?
and another question about another subject (I don't want create another topic for it): cunning has some utility for a mage or is useless?
thanks

Some merchants sell skill point books (tomes). Cost about 12, I think.
Not sure about third specialization point.
Mages get their power mostly from magic and willpower. Cunning is more for rogues.

You can't get a third specialization without playing Awakening. During Origins, you're limited to two specializations.
Only rogues need cunning. Anyone else can get all the cunning they need for coercion from the fade during Broken Circle. You'll get +5 cunning from the fade essences and all you need is 16 for max coercion. Only dwarf/elf warriors need to add a point.
For tome locations, check here: http://dragonage.wik.../Tomes_(Origins)

I guess it helps to know where to search, and play through the game countless times, until you start dreaming about it and endlessly thinking about your next playthrough.

You're probably not OCD enough to pore over every item buried in the middle of the merchant's inventory.
The tomes have a distinctive icon, and I'm pretty sure they show up in the "Other" tab (at least on the PC). Sometimes tomes only show up after key events, such as completing three main quests or the Landsmeet.
Once you explore the area, merchants are marked on your map.

Quick suggestion, You should buy all the available Tomes of skill and sundry ( there are 3) before you start awakening.....you can save them or use them, but you will want them because awakening has the very useful Health and Mana/Stam Skills.
Awakening will also have a tome that lets you restart your char essentially by removing all level up things and allowing you to redistribute them.
