I register my Mass Effect 2 code from my account and after that I register also my redeem code for Cerberus Network (again from my account and not from the in-game option).  Both of them are not listed in my register games / codes and the Cerberus Network asks again for a redeem code and for the one that already have I get the message that it is already used....  Any help is welcome

Problem solved directly from EA's help line at no time - Thanks guys
