too bad Liara don't match Ali Actual voice. Her real voice is amazing but Liara ingame voice is really horrible

actually i think that it would kinda take from her character, because hillis' actual voice just doesn't sound like a very realistic voice for a character like liara.

One of the subtle things about Liara is that she's kind of a weirdo.. For one thing, she's only 100-something, which is super young for an Asari, yet she's a full-blown Professor, and in ME2 she manages to become a top-tier info broker after just a year and a half or so in the biz.. On top of being a Super Nerd, her biotics seem to at least a match for a Matron Asari (ie: Samara) as she's easily able to overpower Nixeris (elite assassin) and can easily fight with the likes of Tela Vasir (Spectre, Vanguard) and Benezia (her Matriarch mom)... Not to mention that even her ingame powers are quite a bit stronger than Samara's... All this coming from someone who's maybe the equivalent of a human teenager.

They made Liara a really weird character... kinda like if you took one of the dudes from Big Bang Theory and spliced them with Sarah Connor and Jillian Murray.

Liara is regarded as a unique asari because she's still physically in her maiden stage yet emotionally she's nearing the matron stage (which shouldn't happen until 200 years from now) already. About her combat abilities: Nobody knew how strong nixeris really was so the jury is still out on that one. She was able to beat tela vasir and benezia but let's face it, she had Shepard with her so I'm not sure that's an accurate account on her combat abilities.
