My name is from a side-kick in a cartoon about two animal super-heroes that I saw ONE episode of (think it was on Anamaniacs). It was hilarious - something about an evil genius trying to turn the world into maple syrup so he could finally have a breakfast of super-sized pancakes.

Mine comes from a character I created for a Neverwinter Nights persistent world campaign called 'Borderlands'. The character was an Elven Bard and I continued to play her for several years in that campaign.

Now, you're probably wondering "why the number 13?"

There's a couple reasons: It is my favorite/luckiest number and I was born on a Friday the 13th.

Ah, a fellow Triskaidecaphile.

My parents were married on a Friday 13th, their second born (my oldest brother) was born on their anniversary (albeit not a friday), their third born (my next oldest brother) later got married on the same day (so they'd have the same anniversary), and years later, I joined the party and got married on the same day too, making it something of a tale-worthy family tradition.

My parents celebrated exactly 100 Friday the 13ths together, before they passed away a few years ago, so yes, I'm a fan of the number 13 too.

^_^

Wanted an old Norse name but not one of the god names and given all the runestones that exists there quite a lot of names to pick from (most of them ugly).

Nattfare seems to be one of the more unusual names.

"Natt" means "night" and "fare/fara/fari" means travel or danger but in this case I'm pretty sure it means travel.

So there you have it, my username is "Night traveler"... nice name but with no dramatic story behind it.

I've been called Sparrow since school, the extra 'w' I have no idea why I added it.

Mine comes from the character of Morrolan in the Vlad Taltos fantasy series by Steven Brust. Someone else already had taken Morrolan so I combined it with my name.

My longtime nickname has been Silent Bob after the movie character. I moved schools going into my freshman year in high school and didn't talk a lot. The group I started hanging out with started calling me Silent Bob, S.B., or Bob and it stuck. Since I've been told that you can't get me to shut up if I'm around people I know. Sadly Silent Bob was already taken on this forum. So I used Silentmode which was part a stupid catchphrase one of my friends, who we called Wildabeast or Coop (we had a bit of a pentiant for coming up with nicknames), came up with for me. "Go Silentmode, make your head explode."

I used to play WoW, and every character I had ended with "okky" until I found "Rokky". I liked it, and it's stuck even though I don't play anymore :)

Mine is from Robert Heinlein's "The Moon is a Harsh Mistress". The main protagonist's codename was Comrade Bork; there was also Comrade Betty, Comrade Adam, etc. but I thought Bork sounded the goofiest. I also chose something obscure so it wouldn't be taken for the most part.

JRCHO = Jericho - favourite tv show
Harry = my name obviously.
I was going to have Jericho Harry but it sounded like a pornstars name. So I just shortened the name a bit.

Easily, just remove the number, then divide by two the characters in my remain username, you will get my first and last name. Anyone who doubt the result can view my profile to know the right answer:P:)^_^

1. Take a famous kamera kompany,

2. Replace the 'k' with a 'g',

3. Instant username.

Except, it was more of a mistake, really. I actually thought 'Kodak' WAS 'Godak'. After a brief moment of embarrassment, my friend pointed out that it sounded like a Dragonball character's name (I was eight at the time).

Kinda wish I didn't have my current user name as it means nothing. I tend to use rhyming and such to remember things; slimgrin just came out.

It's French for "the terrible children", and refers to the project that produced Big Boss' clone sons in the Metal Gear series.

Siansonea—pronounced [SHAN'•suh•nee]—was a name I originally made up for a pen-and-paper RPG character. The original Siansonea was an aasimar/deva Divine Bard in the Forgotten Realms campaign setting of a Dungeons & Dragons game. The name was derived from the French word chanson, "song", and Siansonea's bardic expression was primarily through song. Originally spelled Chansonie, I tweaked the spelling until it assumed it's final form, I just liked the way it looked with the way it sounded, and I wanted to take the name a bit away from its French origin.

When I was on the old ME1 boards, my username was Siansonea, over the years it's become my go-to name for my online antics. Unfortunately, when the new ME2 boards came online, I had lost access to my original account on the old boards, so I had to create a new one, thus I became "Siansonea II".

It's just a reference to a phoenix burning and then rising from the ashes. I have always loved this legend. Sometimes I would add the number 7 next to my name; that's the number of the brightest stars visible in the constellation Orion.

There was a character in some old John Waters movie I saw on IFC one time named Fidget. I thought it was a cool nickname that suited me, so there ya go. The six has no significance, just a random number since "Fidget" was already taken.

EDIT: Just looked it up, Cecil B. DeMented is the name of the movie.

the "Actor" part comes from my career choice. I'm happy that I can call myself professional since I get paid gigs.

The "PureMethod" part comes from the fact that I'm a huge fan, and follower, of Stanislavsky's Method, and those who practice it (Christian Bale, my all-time favorite actor, among other well known Method actors). I've tried other techniques before, but I love Method Acting the best, because I have a buttload of emotional crap to stir up when using Sense Memory and helps make my performances more authentic. Though admittedly "Pure" is a bit inaccurate since I HAVE tried the other techniques, though I don't favor them.
