The "PureMethod" part comes from the fact that I'm a huge fan, and follower, of Stanislavsky's Method, and those who practice it (Christian Bale, my all-time favorite actor, among other well known Method actors). I've tried other techniques before, but I love Method Acting the best, because I have a buttload of emotional crap to stir up when using Sense Memory and helps make my performances more authentic. Though admittedly "Pure" is a bit inaccurate since I HAVE tried the other techniques, though I don't favor them.


I ♥ Christian Bale....but he's going to die quickly with all his wieght changes.

ME2 was the first Bioware game I played, and the Volus were my favorite race in the game. I chose Volus Warlord because Volus Commando was taken and the idea of Volus kicking ass brings a smile to my face.

Im an Earthbound fan. Earthbound's final boss basically gives Lovecraft nightmares so i thought of adding hell and dropping earth. 666 is the devil, 777 is god, 555 is man. and im going to hell because im a terrible terrible person and i should b ashamed of myself. =| so ya. it just came together like that.

I agree that his constant weight changes and other dynamic physical changes per film are very dangerous to him, even if I admire that level of commitment and want to try it at some point in my life...

However, you'll be happy to know that I read an interview somewhere with him saying that after his role in "The Fighter", he's done with drastic weight changes, that any physical change he'll go through for a role won't be as extreme and different. I think thats smart of him since he's almost 40, I think, though I'm not sure. Plus he's earned the right to relax a little and focus on the emotional aspect of his performance even more.
