I think it came down to Varrick and Aveline.They stuck by hawk no manner who he or she join sides with in the last straw.

Aveline leaves if you side with the mages without maxing her meter.

I didnt know that played the game like six times. Guess i was into her character that her frienship meter maxed out.

If you're basing "worthy" on the finale battle, I would say Varric (although "worthy" in and of itself doesn't equate to "loyalty"). However, looking at the game as a whole, I would have to say Aveline. Regardless of position with the Guard, regardless of disagreement, regardless of concepts of right and wrong, she stays with Hawke and is willing to not only support her fellow Fereldan, but give an honest opinion about whatever mess he/she has gotten into.

You obviously don't know what you are talking about, Carvers one goal in life is to get away from Hawke's "shadow," but as far as staying in the fight, he will stay as much as any of the other characters.

No, I agree about Carver.  Besides Varric, every other character can leave during the final battle... but Carver will always come back.  No matter what your relationship with him was (friendship, rivalry, no change) or which side you choose, he will always turn against his fellow templars or go AWOL from the Grey Wardens to help his sibling.  It's actually very touching.

There are only 2 people that won't betray Hawke in the game: Bethany and Carver.
Varric, as much as I love him, betrays Hawke in the fade.

If he was as loyal to Hawke as Varric then he would leave the Grey Wardens the minute he survived the joining, and he wouldn't leave to be templar in case he wasn't brought to the deep roads, i don't think we should compare the loyalty of a sibling to the loyalty of a friend.
