I liked it when Kaidan flirted with my Shepard on my first playthrough. Also I liked it when Harkin talked really trashy to my FemShepard and i had the awesome option to say no in the foul-mouthed way possible. It was funny. Ha!

It kind of felt awkward flirting with LIs in ME2, just my opinion. It made my Shepard look kind of well... what is the word... needy. I mean for Thane the option was "I want you" or "Just focus on your son." O_O
I don't know. Maybe that is just me.

Also I had Leliana flirt with me even when i tried to pursue friendship, and I specifically remember on my first playthrough I said out loud "what?" and choose the dialogue option "1.What?" when she accused me of cheating with Alistair.

Again on Anders, I wish there was a sarcastic option to say no instead of the flat out, broken heart no ilke with Fenris. I just wish the flirting was subtle and not "Hey, you want to have that kind of relationship with me?"

For my MShepard, I mean all three romance options had such great opening for the romance leeway. Each had unique personality and style. Whenever I see that "no" option on the renegade side,  I'm just afraid my Shepard will say something really jerk-like. I just don't want to say something mean to Tali....:pinched:

At least it was possible to turn her down nicely. (The lack of conversation later is a different issue.)

Back on topic, though: I'd be cool with it, so long as we can turn them down nicely... we all know the example that everyone brings up with that issue. Like everyone else said, though, the inclusion of s/s relationships won't exactly allow it. I wouldn't be bothered myself, but it would more than likely foster much unwanted controversy.

Oh for goodness sakes, people--  I swear, it's like eavesdropping on a bunch of Victorian maiden aunts fluttering about, getting upset with the impropriety of a young lady revealing too much ankle.

It's the 21st century (in real life, in ME2, it's a bit further along), and folks who find you attractive will flirt with you. That's life. Deal with it. Oh, the horror of being found attractive.

Sorry a videogame offended your sense of propriety.  "How dare a bunch of pixels and a sound file hit on the bunch of pixels and sound file that I personally identify with?! It is not to be born, I say!  That bunch of pixels thought that my bunch of pixels had the potential to be attracted to it!  It is obvious that my bunch of pixels does not swing that way."

It's a game.  It's okay if an npc in a game hits on your character in the same game.  If you can't handle an accidental flirtation by an npc, just quit the game.  The npc's feelings certainly won't be hurt, and I guarantee that it'll make you feel better.

Bioware isn't going to do this with the inclusion of S/S

This. Especially when people go so far to state that they "accidentally" started a homosexual romance.
