Create yourself an ID when you get the MP screen. That should work.

same problem.. it says 'activate within 10 days' but i can't activate anything 'cause the link doesn't work.. Help! XD

You just play after you get the login/password which is created in game. No need to deal with any links at all.

Please review the Multiplayer Login Tutorial for info on how to play online.
