Anyways... if I were the OP, I would bite the bullet and buy the DLC for PC and then get ME3 for PC. But that's because I played ME1 and 2 (and all the DLC) on PC.

I had a 360 just got gaming pc why do you ask so many questions. 

Yeah? I just got one myself.  I had the dilemma between Dragon Age Origins and DA2, Mass Effect to Mass Effect 2 as well. since I have the first game of both series for both systems.

The choice for Dragon Age was clear: Xbox 360 because I had purchased the Complete Edition for it and I hadn't even finished the game on my PC.   As for Mass Effect, my hard drive for my 360 had been busted so I would have had to start the first game over from the beginning anyway so I bought the PC version with my new laptop at the time because I knew it would be a while before I bought a new hard drive.

I would say go for the Xbox 360 because you have all the DLC for that version.

You can hook a PC and Xbox to a TV...why you would want to hook up a PC to a low resolution TV is beyond me but you can.
