well guys and gals,

i thought it would perhaps be a good idea to open a new topic to illustrate exactly how big a problem the DLC is and also to show how many people it was affecting at launch.  happily, bioware tackled this issue promptly and got the issues solved for most. hopefully this topic helped in some way.

from what i can see a lot of the problems left are from psn accounts and game region differences.  i hope you get them fixed soon.

but a big thanks to bioware for getting things fixed so quickly in the first instance for the EU dlc.

Is anyone from Europe able to confirm they were able to get the Memory Band dowload working? We just received notification from Sony that they implemented a fix for it.

PS3 owner from Varna, Bulgaria. I've installed the collectors edition 2:30 hours ago. So far no fun. I tried signing out of the PSN and loggin in again multiple times. Restarted the console several times as well.

Do the bonus items depend on the Playstation Store functionality - the store  is unavailable in my country as well as other european countries ?

The content is stored and downloaded via the PSN system, so yes i believe you would need to have access it to it in order to get access to any DLC content.

Unfortunately, the region specific DLC content is not something that is under our control as it's the way Sony has designed their system to work. I'm not an expert of the system so I could be a bit off, but I believe the setup is as follows. The NTSC/BLUS build of the game is for North America (And I believe Asia. Not sure about Japan) and has a specific DLC package. The PAL/BLES builds of the game are for Australia/Europe and they use a different DLC package.

The PS3 codes are universal and will work once no matter which PSN store you connect to. If you imported your game, you need to make sure you're connecting to the proper PSN store for your disk when you enter your codes to download your content or it'll entitle you to the wrong package.

If you redeemed your codes for the wrong DLC version you can try contacting customer support to see if they can help. http://help.dragonage.com
