I bought Collector's Edition and have used the promo codes. My registered game promotions shows Blood Dragon armor, The Stone Prisoner and Collector's edition items. On the PSNetwork the only download available was the Blood Dragon armor, I don't see Stone prisoner or the CE items.

Same thing here, i managed to download the Blood Armor just fine, but the Shale one just disappeared from the download list and nothing else happened...

Can't redeem my code again, and under profile it show the Shale addon, but i just cant download it..nice.

have you guys tried searching "dragon" on the PS Store cos I got a bunch of items including Memory Band and Dalish Promise ring (which I didn't know GAME had sent me codes for until today LOL)

been pulled off psn tried it today... nothing there anymore only the paid downloads (wardens keep, stone prisoner)..

must have been because they where in the middle of updating the store so we could get through

i didn't think they updated it today. probably just sony got told to pull the code dlc to keep everyone happy..

same thing happened to fifa and the live season 2.0 downloadable content... although that took over 2 weeks to get sorted...

all i can say is i hope this issue gets sorted sooner.....

bioware have at least said they are investigating with sony why shale (stone prisoner) is not availiable and will be attempting to resolve this asap. However, no mention of other problems. mainly collectors edition items and also the memory band. can only hope this will be picked up on soon.

Wow im disappointed to see this many people are in the same boat as me, i just got the CE of Dragon Age, and first thing i did when i got the game was to put in all the codes. Worked fine, and it downloaded the Dragon Armor.



And oddly enough its the only one of the DLC packs thats in the game.



I just tried to go do the Stone Prisoner quest, and it says Download it but when you do you have to pay for it. What the hell is up with that.



I just spent extra money on this CE box for nothing. And not even one official reply in this topic, simply just amazing.

i feel your pain man...... ive been here from 11 this mornin lol... 1 mod commented... that theyre working with sony to resolve the issues... 1 reply from nearly 50 mods...

theres a real blight alright....

considering i have yet to receive word on my issues from yesturday only 2 hrs and 33 mins left before their 24hr reply doesn't arrive lol...

its becoming a farce to say the least

My Stoneprisoner DLC isnt't working either. The blood dragon armor works fine, but the Stoneprisoner isnt' shown in the game, but it's shown on here when looking up my redeemed codes. So I guess it's a problem with the PS3-version, and even a longer session with an EA-Support technician could not solve the problem. He found out that the DLC is active on my account, but that's not of any use as long as there is no way to download and install it.

Collector Edition items (Bergen's honour, final reason, grimoire) - Not working



Shale - not working



Memory Band - Not working

Dalish Promise Ring - Working

Blood Armour - Working

you would think that after 2 weeks delay.. all this would have been a breeze... anyone know of any problems with the codes when the game came out in america?

Just bought the CE of Dragon Age: Origins for PS3 today. Came with 3 Codes: Blood Armor, Shale, and downloadable items.



Blood Armor code worked fine, downloaded etc

Shale code i put in and it disapeared from the DLC window, so not working

The downloadable items code i put in did nothing, same as Shale above.



Very disapointed, was looking forward to this games release today =/

ive had the game early from pre order... still not played it.. i demand satisfaction lol... seriously starting to think that this isn't going to be addressed til monday at least now....
