My dragon armour has appeared in game perfectly but my stone prisoner, Bergen's honour, Final Reason and Grimoire are not.
For the dragon armour I did as the sheet said and typed the code on my profile and eventually the download came up perfectly.
Though the stone prisoner problem is that it just dissapeared from the download list when I entered the code for it via the game.
As for the three collectors edition items I cannot see them at all.
Maybe it's just a case of me not being far enough in the game to unlock them.
I think bioware will get this fixed, after all by what i have seen they have a decent enough track record when it comes to this kind of thing.

although by that point i had been in such a fluster trying all my codes to no avail just fueled my frustration with the whole thing in general... so i cant be clear if it was there already and i had ignored it...or it just randomly popped up...
all this after paying a premium for the collectors...considering us europeans pay the most for the games.... after waiting two weeks... as ive stated before, just feels like someones hit me a slap in the face for being loyal to the brand... and developer

NomadicWulf, I entered the codes in-game and the dragon armour came up...
It's a bit silly this mess. It's standard procedure to have everything ready on launch day, I don't see the point of offering all this DLC if no one can access it on the day of release... Is it really that hard to put the collector's edition stuff on the collector's edition disc in the first place? And Shale should have been on there anyway, I understand the principle of having the shale code to force those who buy it second hand to pay for the dlc but it stinks of greed backfiring when the code doesn't work anyway. I can't imagine too many people would be happy to let such things slide for future game releases by EA/Bioware...

but EA has a track record for dlc being broken at launch.. i wouldn't have minded if it was just maybe 1 thing.. but to have so many things unavailable its.. crazy...
ive had the game now from thursday morning... i wont be starting it till i get everything downloaded... so i keep waiting on word its fixed...
no news isnt necessarily good news... its just annoying considering that people who pay for the stone prisoner have the option to download... yet people who paid for all the content get jipped...
man they need a governing body for all these "mishaps"

I've been trying that as well, but no matter what way I try to put it in, with or without hyphens, spaces or anything, I only keep getting the Invalid code notice over and over again >_<

For some reason though this is sounding all to fammilliar to the marvel ultimate alliance juggernaught dlc mishap.....
I would of thought that some beta testing on the system could of been performed before hand to make sure that this kind of situation did not occur.

it ould be nice if someone from bioware would at the very least acknowledge us, im on the verge of returning the game and getting a refund as the product i bought isnt working properly
worst thing about it is that what i've played of the game is great...i really just want to play the game as i was expecting

they need a governing body for all dlc to safeguard customers against this happening... i dont go to mcdonalds and order a large meal to be given just the fries and told nothing with no explanation...
and a mcdonalds doesn't cost £50

Thats insane. Way too long to be waiting for something you shelled out extra cash fore. I'm really bummed out here i had my hart set on doing the Shale quest, as i have heard so many good things about him, like people comparing him to KOTOR's HK-47 who was one of the most badass game charecters ever created.
I should really get back to the game, but i really don't feel compelled right now to do so.

id love to see if this happened in america... we waited longer than most only to be charged the most and pushed aside just to get the numbers in for sales "at least thats what it feels like"
i mean nearly 50 mods here and 1 comments in nearly 24 hrs now... come on... surely us loyal customers should be treated with some respect... we are the customers we fund their pockets.. yet now we're ignored "until they deem it necessary to put up a quick sorry and a statement telling us they are working on it..." which is just bull... im sorry if it seems im ranting and to be honest i am.. just some things when offered when you pay premium you expect to be delivered and treated with more respect than someone who picks this up in a few weeks and just downloads the dlc without a second thought

Just like when the PS3 version was not confirmed for the EU this just makes me feel that the PS3 version of the game is rather unloved!

only 47 mins til i get my email from EA saying its getting sorted eh.... thats if it arrives...
even now i have faith... i dont know why, just i'm venting my frustrations along with everyone else to no avail.... i just hope bioware actually take notice of genuine fans and try to get this sorted ASAP... but the way things have panned out... It seems like everyones here to make up the numbers now... theres no loyalty to the fanbase... everyones just a statistic...

They need to give us something for compensation. Its cost me £15 more for the CE over standard and I could have pretty much got the golum and quest for that price and be playing it now. Instead I have to wait till either SCEE get it up on store (which wont be till Thursday evening knowing them) or EA sort it out.
NOT a good start!

Have CE, got the code for Shale, isn't showing available after entering my code.
Bought Warden's Keep separately, installed it, isn't working either. The NPC which starts the quest doesn't exist in my game...Obviously not working at all.
Really upset that I bought the CE for no apparent reason.

the only thing ill add to this is because i havent started the campaign, i cant clarify if wardens keep is working completely... you all know by now, i have had this from thiursday but holding off to play until every dlc gets sorted..(from wardens keep to 3 items from CE of game)
