PS3 owner from Varna, Bulgaria. I've installed the collectors edition 2:30 hours ago. So far no fun. I tried signing out of the PSN and loggin in again multiple times. Restarted the console several times as well.

that sucks mate, why put codes in for a country that doesn't even have the store? (I smell a genius at work LOL), if you hadn't already redeemed the code I'd say make an account for contry that has (I pretty sure the region lock only goes by PAL or NTSC)

I'm from the UK and have unlocked/redeemed 8 pieces of DLC and nothings appeared in my games DLC menu as of yet besides the ones I can buy.

The reason I purchased the CE in the first place was to gain access to cool new pieces of equipment via the DLC.

I have downloaded my CE special stuff and that seems to work, at least the stat book thing does. as for Shale, it is registered on the forums as being activated, yet I have no idea how to get it in the game, AND i refuse to pay $24 for it again.

Does anyone know when this issue will be resolved?



(I have a 360 and PS3, so I'm not really biased....BUT 360 DLC always seems to work....) PSN fail.

Just a question for you all, not badly intended. Are you all sure that your copy of Dragon Age is from the same region as the PSN account you use? I had the same problem, where nothing was working with my Asian copy in the EU. So, crazily enough (ie obsessed), I got an EU copy just to to test it out, and all of a sudden everything popped up, I didn't even needed to use the new codes that came with the EU copy. Which also means I have an extra set of unused codes ^^;;

So basically what I'm trying to say is, the codes aren't region locked, but the DLC itself seems to be. Even now when I try with my Asian copy I still don't get to see anything and it even makes a seperate Game Data file in the utility for it. Maybe all of you are still having the same problem?

I got Shale, Memory Band, Blood Armor, Lucky Stone, and the Feral Wolf Charm all to work. I didn't get the collector's edition, no idea what the Promise Ring is or how to get it, and I got 2 of the Journeys items unlocked but they are not showing up on my profile or in game.

Hey guys, further to what NomadicWulf is saying I can confirm with absolute certainty that the

DLC is region specific. After getting nowhere with EA i decided to setup a US account on PSN and lo and behold, upon logging into DAO all of my redeemed content is puchased and available for download.



The problem is i've already put 50+ hours of gaming into my Euro account and I dont want to start again. Is there anyway I can transfer this accross to my euro account?

Ok this is what worked for me,



go to playstation.com, then PSN and create a new account for whatever country your game is from.



I'm in Australia but I got an US copy so i didn't have to wait til the 19th Nov (Aus release date).



So I made a US PSN account with the same email as my EA account, then created a new profile on my PS3, linked it to the US PSN account and then everything appeared -



Shale



Blood Dragon Armoud



Embri's pockets



Helm of Deep







Hopefully that makes sense...

Well I brought the game on friday in the UK and the account I'm trying on is also a British account.



It's now sunday and nothing has yet shown up in my account and I'm just OCD and don't wanna start the game without all the DLC. If it isn't active by tomorrow I'm just gonna go exchange it for Assassin's Creed II.

Is there a way to know what region your game is from? I only ask because i bought mine from a UK seller on ebay but he may have imported it before-hand? Im having the same problems as everyone else with the dlc you see.

on the box it will either say PAL or NTSC

I bought the game on release day 20th UK here,only the blood armour and memory band worked, nothing else appeared.



then this morning i went on the game and checked downloadable contentand everything i had put the codes in for had appeared and was ready for downloading.



just saying thanksto bioware for such a quick resolve a problem that was dampering my gamig experience but now that its been rectified ive restarted the game and all is well (fingers crossed it continues to work all fine)

I have the blood dragon armor, the stone prisoner and the warden's keep linked to my account, and even though they are all clearly shown on the account page here, they wouldn't appear in game. After I followed the advice about manually starting the update service, all of them eventually downloaded and worked. However, after I created a new character, the stone prisoner and the warden's keep are suddenly no longer authorized... this whole account system in one bloody mess. I love the game, but if they don't get their systems in order, I'll wait before buying their next games to see if they are actually in control of their systems.

Unfortunately, the region specific DLC content is not something that is under our control as it's the way Sony has designed their system to work. I'm not an expert of the system so I could be a bit off, but I believe the setup is as follows. The NTSC/BLUS build of the game is for North America (And I believe Asia. Not sure about Japan) and has a specific DLC package. The PAL/BLES builds of the game are for Australia/Europe and they use a different DLC package.



The PS3 codes are universal and will work once no matter which PSN store you connect to. If you imported your game, you need to make sure you're connecting to the proper PSN store for your disk when you enter your codes to download your content or it'll entitle you to the wrong package.

Hey mate i tried doing as you did but the problem is my dragon age ea account is same email address as my main psn account in australia which is what i entered the codes under. It shows up fine on website as redeemed. How do i make up a whole new account and refer that email address to ea.com or have i lost access to the downloads if i make another ea account and link that?
xbox 360 codes are so much easier than this rubbish sony put you through with dlc
