Are there going to be any "mission complete" screens in ME3?

And what does elevator rides have to do with mission complete screens?TexasToast712 wrote...
If we are lucky enough for Bioware to not have listened to the whiners who actually enjoyed those 20 minute elevator rides with a douchebag radio annoucer yappping in my ear.

Perhaps the same info could be accessed on Shep's computer, so if anyone actually wants to see it they still can.

I didn't really have a problem with them and the information is useful (it's good to know if you probably got the upgrades from the mission and what you got). Still, having them listed on the computer would be a good solution (and having them logged would be handy too).TheCrakFox wrote...
I don't like them either. They were especially innapropriate after a scene that was intended to be emotional, then the mission complete music starts and the moment is ruined.

I also don't see why people are bothered whether its a loading screen or a lift, either way you still have to just wait and stare at nothing in particular while it loads.

Yes because cutting to a loading screen instead of still being in the world completely ruins the immersion of the game world

Yeah, you know, because, watching the Normandy loading screen, mission ending screens, watching the elevator go up and down, is TOTALLY different and better.
I'll take listening to inter-party dialog and real world news over staring at that stupid *&$ they call 'informative information' on loading screens.

Except that loading screens still followed the mission complete screen. If anything, the info should've been displayed on the loading screens.Haseeo wrote...

Yeah, nothing like helping Miranda with her loyalty mission, seeing a beautiful, emotional moment as she meets her sister, followed by a brief glance & smile & Shepard, plus a moment of tears filling her eyes..... all to some very emotional music and then.....
A happy chipper beeping booping tune with a big 'ol "MISSION COMPLETE!" cutting it off without any form of smooth transition.
I swear it reminds of me of games like Pac Man and any overhead / side scrolling shooters I used to watch my older brother play in the arcades as a kid.... it was soooooooooooooo out of place in ME2.
Same with Tali's loyalty mission... she says a heart warming, tear inducing line to Shepard in gratitude that's a purely solemn, emotional moment.... only to have it cut off by that goddamned absurd mission complete screen & mood breaking music.
Why not just tell me how many "1Ups" I have or how many gold coins I found, followed by a score leaderboard - with guys like "HugeAss" and "Boner" in the top two spots? It's such a stupid video-gamey thing to put into a dramatic game where it doesn't belong... just do it like ME1 did, a simple loading screen and take us to the Normandy.
Arrgggh I hate you all for reminding me of it.
