I think I'll let it marinate. Think about all those times Shepard/Kelly are in Shep's quarters lol. :D

Heh, speaking of Troi, I can't hear Benezia without hearing Troi. Same actress and all, and... oh gosh, they sound identical.

When I first played through ME1, I couldn't help but get this nagging feeling that I heard Benezia's voice somewhere before, but then, when I finally beat it, I realized that it was Marina Certis(?) and it made me happy.  Glad to see she's still getting work nowadays.

Marina Sirtis, actually, but yeah, just correcting since you put the question mark there, heh. Yeah, it's great that a lot of these genre actors and actresses are at least finding work with sci-fi games and whatnot. Gotta take what you can get but it's pretty awesome that many of them are getting pretty similar work.

I really wished they took advantage of that and had optional shrink sessions with Kelly for whatever origin and mentality you had.

I mean, Earthborn would have Shepard talk about the difficulties in working for the Tenth Street Reds.

Colonist Shepard would allow her to get over the ghosts of when Mindoir was raided.

Space Shepard... well, I don't know.  That seems to be the most well adjusted, unless it's an extreme military brat situation.

And the whole Lone Survivor, Hero, Butcher scenarios have huge conversation potential all their own!

Coincidentally, how would a renegade Shepard romance Kelly?  Most renegade options have you turning her down.

Heck, if Kelly was taken more seriously, her psychology reports would have been an excellent place to start with right at the beginning instead of having Miranda and Jacob do a hash job. Maybe she could have been the expert to finish the psychological evaluation after Freedom's Progress.
It's been argued for renegades to be able to start a relationship with Kelly without breaking character. Dean had the best explanation for how Kelly would be the most understanding of a renegade character I think.

Kelly = UnJokerish (unsarcastic) comic relief... me gusta mucho, cuz as much as I love Joker, he doesn't give us too much happy humor.

Yeah, seriously.  Don't know why people like him so much when he acts like a douchebag most of the time and yet people are so quick to write off Kelly. :(

Oh there's more than a few who are very angry with Joker for getting Shepard killed (I still don't see it that way) and not apologizing for it.
I think it's mainly that Joker's been around since ME1 while Kelly's still "new" to the game. Kelly just needs more time and opportunity to prove that she's just as great to have around and less sarcastic than Joker.

Thank you, thank you. I knew at least one of you would understand where I was coming from. And what I said earlier is completely logical is it not?

They would have to figure out why she was enticed to be working for Cerberus and now dropped them like an old shoe. Maybe she is running with Miranda now. :)

I think Kelly was on Shepard's side the moment the commander came running to save them all while her boss was content to let her be creamed in a Collector pod.
Don't know if her opinions of Cerberus has changed, but she is definitely grateful to Shepard. Perhaps enough to follow the commander to the Alliance?
But then there's that pesky ocular synaptic explosive Cerberus has their employees installed with. Sheesh, it's worse than the career chip in Futurama.

I would imagine that most of the Cerberus crew would be loyal to Shepard rather than Cerberus if you rescue them. There are plenty that are only really in with Cerberus to stop the Collectors anyway, not because they are "true believers."

Mordin referred to those as optical flashbangs. I'm sure Mordin can remove them from the Cerberus personnel and free of charge, no less.

Considering that the folks on the Normandy were merely volunteers, chasing against the Collector bogeyman, I don't think they were privy to the kind of information that would warrent them having the flash bangs in their eyes.   And Miranda and Jacob are so high up the ladder that they're more or less above suspicion... which makes their defection from TIMMY all the sweeter.

Kelly's romance is very sweet and cute. It's a nice change of pace from most Bioware LI's, who are a bit nutso.

Ah, thanks for correcting me.
Now I cannot get the image of Mordin hovering over a crewmember while they're asleep out of my head.

Kelly sporting a nice N7 tanktop here. Looking rather good in it as usual. Joker's also around for a little chill time.

Pic is by BlackLion310 of Deviant Art. Now we just need to get Kelly some cake or pie or pizza.

I definitely support Kelly as LI for ME3. Her "romance" stuff wasn't the same, whole emotional family-drama issue that everyone else had.

Exactly. She is the most co-operative out of them all. One of the few that doesn't spit on Shepard (like the Council/VS/Omega). Also, is it just me or do I find it odd that people are okay with Kelly coming on to Shepard and basically being all over him/her, but it's not okay for FemShep to come onto Jacob and "the prize"? What's wrong with a woman who died and came back wanting to get pumped a few times? :o *laughs uncontrollably hard*
