Hey everyone,
so I know this has been posted a lot but I can't import my ME1 character into ME2. I've imported my ME1 character several times into ME2 and now it say "No character found" when I try to make a new character. Does anyone know whats going on? Anything would be helpful.

Not a great deal of info to work with there, but certain things do come to mind.

(1) Have you changed hardware especially the hard drive? (Mass Effect uses a hidden save to import as widely acknowledged and it could be the case that this file wasn't transferred to the new HD. In which case you'll have to replay the last fight in ME for the save file to be created to import.)

(2) Have you changed Gamertags at any point? (Are you using a different Gamertag now?)

(3) Is it the same ME character you are trying to import? (And assuming it is the same hardware; in which case something strange is going on.)

Actually I'm curious as to why you seem to be implying that you're importing the same character from ME several times when you can start a New Game + with the ME2 character you initially created from your imported ME character. The choices from ME carries over, but the decisions in ME2 are not (with the exception of armour upgrades).
