I got a new PC, and I reinstalled DA:O. However, I'm stuck at the "login screen" asking me to register the game. I entered my e-mail and password, but it keeps saying "connecting". As you can tell from my profile, DA:O is registered. Anyway I could start playing it again?

You could copy the BioWare folder from your old computer (by default stored in the document folder) to your new computer. That should result in all your previous settings being applied to your new computer, including that you have registered it.
If you can't do so or don't want for a reason you could check your firewall so it's not blocking the game for some reason.
