I'm on a Geforce 9600 GT and the game runs fairly smooth but sometimes there are sudden drops to 6 frames per second and then it goes up again. Since the game is mostly playable I will not post a full problem report. I only have one simple question: What is the most stable Nvidia driver for a Geforce 9600 GT? If someone happens to know it by heart, that would be great. Otherwise I'm open for experimentation.

I currently have 275.33, which is way too new for a 9600 GT. They're really good for DA2 though, which is why I installed them in the first place.

258.96 are considered to be the latest stable drivers for use with ME/ME2. Anything newer results in FPS drops due to tweaks that are designed for newer games.

After a brief play session I can already tell that the difference is quite spectacular. I have much less random framedrops and my framerate is higher. When I do get framedrops they aren't as low as before.

Edit: While there's an improvement it's not completely gone. I think my CPU is failing. No wonder, since I have a small case, very thick PSU wires, almost no space and only one case fan.

If the 258.96 drivers are the last stable ones, is there no way for me to get stable drivers for my GTX 560 Ti? The oldest available drivers for this card are 266.66.
