How long should i wait to post my image on photobucket or some web...????? .everyone can't see my image. Everytime, i try to embed the link but it says "image removed"?????

Try using a different image host maybe then such as http://tinypic.com/ or http://www.imageshack.us/
Once they upload you should get a hotlink to embed instantly. Its usually under "share this photo" just look for the part where it says for forums. Copy and paste that link to your post on here
